Black Friday roll
To me it is still a surprise that nowadays it is easier to find B&W film than color negative one. And variety of the former type seems to be even larger than the latter.
I’ve got a roll of B&W film from lab as a gift for Black Friday. After Christmas it was a time to try B&W film for the first time.





It was one of those windy days when you just want to jump on a warm train and watch cities and fields moving from there with a cup of hot tea. Some Düsseldorf older metro trains still have small tables. I didn’t have any tea with, but thoughts about trains were already in my head.









Somehow I don’t miss colors on these photos. Somehow it works. For a long time I thought that nowadays loosing information for purpose is something that you can do only if there is a need for it. Like a photo you really want to keep but it has unfortunate colors. But no. In memory this walk left wind, trains, voices, smells, and no desire to return the colors.
